From U.S. Route 101 traveling North:
Take Exit 102, El Sueno Road.
Turn right onto Calle Real.
After the traffic light at Old Mill Road, take the very next left into the entrance to St. Vincent’s at 4200 Calle Real.
Follow De Paul Drive onto the campus.
After passing the brown St. Vincent’s Administration Building sign on your left, turn left into the parking lot.
From U.S. Route 101 traveling South:
Take Exit 101B, State Street/CA-154.
Turn left onto State Street and follow to the traffic light.
At the light, turn left onto San Marcos Pass Road/CA-154, passing over U.S. Route 101.
Take the very next left onto Calle Real.
Follow Calle Real down the hill and take the very first right into the entrance to St. Vincent’s at 4200 Calle Real.
Follow De Paul Drive onto the campus.
After passing the brown St. Vincent’s Administration Building sign on your left, turn left into the parking lot.
