About Rosa
Rosa M. Paredes has served St. Vincent's for over 25 years, rising through the organization to become its President and Chief Executive Officer. Under her leadership, St. Vincent's has expanded its impact dramatically — growing both the depth and reach of programs that serve Santa Barbara's most vulnerable families, seniors, and children.
Rosa's approach to leadership is rooted in the Vincentian mission of compassion and dignity for all. She leads with both heart and rigor, ensuring that every program is fiscally sound, programmatically excellent, and spiritually grounded in St. Vincent's 165-year legacy of caring.
