Rosa M. Paredes, CPA, NPCC, CPO, SHCM
President and Chief Executive Officer
Rosa has served as President and CEO of St. Vincent's since 2017, becoming the organization's first lay leader after joining as Chief Financial Officer in 2011. She brings extensive experience in public accounting, commercial banking, and nonprofit finance, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Rosa is a Certified Public Accountant with additional credentials in nonprofit management and housing credit management.
Inspired by the 167-year legacy of the Daughters of Charity, Rosa is dedicated to advancing St. Vincent's mission of compassionate service. She oversees the organization's operations while advocating for more than 600 residents and supporting the team members who care for them. A lifelong Santa Barbara resident, Rosa enjoys spending time with her family, cheering at her children's sporting events, walking her dog Oso, and giving back to her community.
Naomi Fujioka, CPA
Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance
Naomi oversees all financial operations and strategic planning for the organization, ensuring fiscal stewardship that sustains St. Vincent's long-term programs and services.
Antonio Frausto
Vice President of Facilities
Antonio directs the maintenance and development of St. Vincent's facilities, ensuring safe, welcoming environments for residents, guests, and staff across all campuses.
Sr. Arthur Gordon
Ladies of Charity Moderator & Villa Caridad Board Chair
Sr. Arthur Gordon brings deep spiritual and organizational guidance to St. Vincent's charitable works, connecting the mission of the Ladies of Charity with the community's most pressing needs.
Mary Manzo, SHCM, MCM
Vice President of Housing
Mary oversees all affordable and supportive housing programs at St. Vincent's, working to expand access to stable, dignified housing for low-income families and seniors in Santa Barbara.
Amy Barclay
Housing Manager
Amy manages day-to-day operations for St. Vincent's housing properties, coordinating resident services, maintenance, and community building to create thriving residential communities.
Francis Avila
Human Resources Manager and Safety Officer
Francis leads HR strategy and workplace safety across St. Vincent's, supporting a team of dedicated professionals committed to the organization's mission of compassionate service.

Director of St. Vincent's Heart
Sister Maria Hoa Nguyen guides the spiritual heart of St. Vincent's programs, fostering a culture of faith, service, and compassion that runs through every aspect of the organization's work.

Lee provides essential administrative and operational support to the President and CEO, helping coordinate the leadership team's priorities and keeping St. Vincent's mission moving forward every day.

Sr. Margaret Keaveney has been a foundational figure in expanding St. Vincent's mission, establishing multiple ministry entities that extend the organization's reach and impact throughout the region.
Sister Rocio Briones, DC
Assistant Case Manager and Intergenerational Program Manager
Sister Rocio supports residents and families through direct case management while leading intergenerational programs that build community connection across all ages served by St. Vincent's.
Maite Estrada
Site Supervisor, Early Childhood Education Center
Maite oversees daily operations at St. Vincent's Early Childhood Education Center, creating a nurturing and developmentally rich environment for the youngest members of the families the organization serves.

FVCC and Aging Well Assistant
Sr. Oanh Tran supports St. Vincent's Family Violence and Crisis Center and Aging Well programs, providing compassionate assistance to vulnerable community members navigating some of life's most challenging moments.
