As St. Vincent’s Director of Early Childhood Education Center (ECEC), Susy Del Toro provides leadership to her team of 20 teachers; support staff and the 98 children ages 6 weeks to 5 years in her care.  Having worked as an Infant and Preschool Teacher, as well as being the past Assistant Director, Susy has a unique perspective of the program.  This expertise enhances her knowledge and assists her in the management of the ECEC. Susy’s additional responsibilities include the compliance of regulatory and safety issues for the ECEC, and keeping apprised of the best practices in the field of early childhood education, nutrition, and childhood developmental milestones.

When not teaching the future leaders of our world, you can find Susy taking photographs with her two children as they explore local parks.
